Orders & Delivery

  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, carrier details, real-time tracking link, and estimated delivery date.

  • Estimated Delivery Timeframes: Delivery times depend on the product and destination:

    • Next-Day Delivery: Orders delivered within 24 hours (where available).
    • Standard UK Delivery: Typically arrives within 2–3 business days from dispatch.
    • International Delivery: Shipped via DHL or equivalent; usually delivered within 7 business days (customs processing may extend this).
  • Furniture Delivery:

    • In-Stock Furniture: Delivered within 4–5 business days.
    • Made-to-Order Items: Typically delivered within 4–5 weeks. Delivery timeframes will be confirmed by email after purchase.
  • Need More Help? If you require updates or assistance, simply reply to your shipping confirmation email or contact our Customer Support team at support@homegrove.co.uk.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time.

No tracking after 1–2 days?
If you haven’t received any tracking details within 1–2 business days of placing your order, please get in touch with our Customer Support team—sometimes the upload to our system is delayed.

Dispatched but no tracking yet?
Don’t worry! This simply means we’ve sent your package, but the tracking information hasn’t been uploaded to our system. You’ll receive another notification as soon as it’s available.

Inspect all packages upon delivery. If you see damage, please photograph it, then contact our support team within 48 hours. We’ll arrange for replacement or repair at no cost.

Once you have found your perfect item you can pay using any of the following methods.

Returns

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3–5 business days), refunds are issued to the original payment method—allow 5–7 business days for your bank or card issuer to post it.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify, items must be:

  • In the same condition you received them

  • Unworn or unused, with all tags attached

  • In their original packaging

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

 

Return-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective—then we’ll cover the shipping fees.
